Rooted in heritage and driven by precision, he now leads in Almas Diamond Services with a vision to refine client experience and shape a brand synonymous with trust and excellence.

Belgian native Marc is an experienced and star skilled diamond polisher. He first started in 1974 under the teachings of his father, and now thrives in Dubai's vibrant diamond industry. He treasures family, friends, and life's simple joys.

Akshay, an Indian diamond planner with over 20-years of experience, combines professional precision with a passion for global exploration and the excitement of cricket.

Our longest and most loyal employee Hassan, hailing from Pakistan, possesses 10+ years of expertise in diamond boiling. Outside of work, he loves to go for long drives, swimming and beachside walks.

Joseph is a skilled professional from the Philippines, boasts 15+ years of technical expertise in operations and maintenance. With 7+ years in the diamond industry, he excels in boiling and laser machine operations. During leisure, he reads, trades CFDs, and enjoys long runs.

Hailing from India, Jagdish is a seasoned diamond polishing expert with over 3 decades of experience. Yet another cricket lover, Jagdish admits his heart belongs to cricket, and he passionately celebrates the sport's thrilling moments.

Juvan, Indian national and one of our rock star polishers, is a super skilled professional with 32 years of expertise who balances work with being a devoted father of two boys and a passion for cricket.

Born and raised in the Philippines, sweet Rachelle has over a decade of admin experience in other industries. Now venturing into the diamond industry, she’s seeking to illuminate hearts with the allure of precious gems.

Mehul is an experienced diamond planner from India with over 14 years in the industry. He specializes in optimizing rough diamonds for maximum value and precision. Outside of work, he enjoys family life and is a proud father of one.

Jagdishbhai, hailed from India, an expert in the diamond industry, boasts 38 years of expertise in the art of polishing diamonds. A devoted family man with two children, Jagdishbhai finds joy in the precision of diamond work and the thrill of watching cricket matches.
